Why do we worry? Do we think we will be able to control an out of control situation? Why would we consciously hurt ourselves by racking our minds with worry? My suggestion is to, let it go. Seriously, let it go. You are causing yourself more stress, negativity, and results in dis-ease. The word disease means, when you are in the opposite of ease. Dis-Ease. When you can understand that everything we think is linked to an emotion, and those emotions are vibrations that effect our bodies. You will start to guard your thoughts more. Throughout your day ask yourself, is this thought helping or hurting me? To the thoughts that are hurting, let them go. They are keeping you from your true potential. I know this is a deep conversation but it’s true. Think about it. Try to let go of the negative thinking habits. Focus on the dreams, not the fears. Have an incredible day everyone
